Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly , Farley Augustine, has given permission to the motor sport fraternity on the sister isle to use grounds surrounding the Dwight Yorke Stadium for practice.
He said they will have to apply to the Office of the Chief Secretary to host events and that all safety protocols must be observed.
