The Rotary Club of Central Port of Spain partnered with the Hearts and Minds Programme of the Inter-Agency Task Force to launch the first-ever Beetham Steel Orchestra.
At a signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, the Club said it hoped to create a sustainable model for hope, unity, and the advancement of the youth in the Beetham Gardens community.
