Scarborough Development Committee Approved

A Scarborough Development Committee has been approved. The announcement was made by Tobago House of Assembly Chief Secretary, Farley Augustine, at the final round of Public Consultations. Mr. Augustine indicated that the Committee would comprise persons knowledgeable on the history of Scarborough, representatives of the Tourism, Business and Environment sectors, skilled professionals in Tropical Landscaping, a Land Owner Representative, Civil Engineers, a Town Planner, a Coastal Engineer, and an Architect. The Consultations were hosted by the Division of Infrastructure, Quarries and Urban Development from February 23rd to March 9th.
