Mrs. Rowley was speaking at an interactive seminar titled “GBV and Me”. The seminar was hosted by the Indigenous Creative Arts Network (ICAN), the Spotlight Initiative and the UN-FPA at the Prime Minister's Tobago residence on Saturday.
