JTUM Meets THA Chief Secretary

The Joint Trade Union Movement has followed through on its plans. During the recently-held Labour Day celebrations, JTUM President Ancel Roget said workers voted in favour of a No-Confidence Motion in Dr. Keith Rowley’s leadership and his Government. On Friday, the representatives journeyed to Tobago and delivered their petition to Tobago House of Assembly Chief Secretary. Mr. Roget described the meeting with Chief Secretary Augustine as productive. The union representatives informed meetings with the Chief Secretary are to take place on a regular basis.
