A better mechanism for police and public servants in the line of duty is the desire of ASP Gideon Dixon.
The President of the Police Social and Welfare Association says police are not automatons.
When asked if he felt the wheels of justice would not work justly for the eight Inter-Agency Task Force officers recently charged with a triple murder, he noted another example of other officers who remain jailed.
ASP Dixon says we all ultimately want justice. Not only for members of the public but also for police officers and their families as well as officers who must continue to work in an atmosphere of increased crime.
