Chief Executive Officer of Unque, Ajayee Archer, believes regulatory bodies should encourage people to become more comfortable with using financial technology or FINTECH.
Speaking on Tuesday's Now Morning Show, Mr. Archer says there has not been much success with financial technology, locally.
In addition to educating the public, Mr. Archer says the onus is on the people creating the FINTECH to ensure their systems are safe.
Mr. Archer partnered with the Fintech Association of Trinidad and Tobago for a Hackathon which takes place on August 27th.
