Creating A Safe Workspace For All

Diversity, equity and inclusion must be addressed if companies hope to create psychologically safe workplaces that empower employees. At the Launch of ACMHAM T&T's 26th Annual HSSE Conference and Exhibition, President, Toni Sirju-Ramnarine promised that the event will touch on many issues as well as mental health in the workplace and creating strong leaders. The AMCHAM President said this Conference is especially important in the post-pandemic era, which will give some insight into how companies must ‘re-imagine HSSE.’ Meanwhile, Senior Trade and Policy Specialist at AMCHAM T&T, Melissa Pierre, said the inclusion aspect and creating a safe space for all in the workplace will be a major discussion. The HSSE Conference and Exhibition will take place at the Hyatt Regency from November 1st to the 3rd, and will be done via both in-person and virtual format.
