Kareem Marcelle remembers the hardships of growing up in a time when his mother struggled to gather the textbooks needed for him and his siblings. He remembers those struggles and they fuel him to offer help that he would have wanted as a child.
He shared some of his efforts with the Inter Agency Task Force Police Youth Club and it is truly a Feel Good Moment.
