The launch of Carnival 2023 has been rescheduled, and will now take place on November 5th, 2022. The announcement came on Wednesday afternoon from the National Carnival Commission (NCC), which apologised for the postponement from its initial date of September 24th. The venue for the launch remains the Grand Stand of the Queen's Park Savannah and will see events such as A Jouvert Experience, A Mega Concert, a Pan Jam Zone, A Rum and Wine Street, a Kiddie Zone and an Art and Craft Village.
