NWRHA Hosts Mental Health Fair

Acting Medical Director at the St. Ann’s Hospital, Dr. Samuel Shafe, says Trinidad and Tobago continues to improve its health services throughout the country. Speaking at the Launch of a Mental Health Fair on Sunday by the North West Regional Health Authority (NWRHA), he said the majority of the country is covered in terms of mental health services. He thanked all stakeholders involved towards generating awareness for mental health and wellness, as well as breaking the barrier associated with mental health. Meanwhile, Acting CEO of the NWRHA, Anthony Blake, said the Authority was happy to launch the Fair at the Queen’s Park Savannah in time to commemorate World Mental Health Day on Monday.
