The People’s National Movement Elections Supervisory Committee has advised that three nominees have withdrawn their nominations which were filed on Nomination Day, Monday 10th October 2022. They are Brian Manning for the post of Vice Chairman, Curtis Shade for Field Officer, and Ndale Young, for Youth Officer. To date, there are 39 nominees - four unopposed and 35 who will face the polls on the scheduled dates - Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th November 2022 and on Convention Day, Sunday 4th December 2022. There is no change in those contesting for the position of leader of the PNM. The four candidates are Dr. Keith Rowley, Junior Barrack, Karen Nunez-Tesheira and Ronald Boynes.
