The Calypso girls made seven wins out of seven in the Netball Americas World Cup Qualifiers in Jamaica.
Coming up against Barbados, Team Trinidad and Tobago won by a final of 50-40, conceding only one of the four quarters.
The Calypso girls took quarter one 12-7, conceded the second quarter 10-14, won the third 14-9, and the fourth, 14-10. Afeisha Noel led our shooters with 32 goals from 34 attempts while Joelissa Cooper scored 18 of her 21 attempts.
Trinidad and Tobago close out their campaign against hosts Jamaica on Saturday evening.
