FT Farfan has introduced a new line of trucks for the local construction industry by providing a one-year, unlimited mileage guarantee. Speaking at the launch on Thursday, Divisional Manager for the Shacman line of trucks, Jason Collins, said this signifies the confidence the Chinese brand has for their vehicles. CEO of Tank Weld Jamaica, John Ralston, said the company that is now the dealership for the Shacman line in the region said the company has sold more than 1400 units in the Caribbean. FT Farfan has three models of the Shacman trucks, for construction, hauling and mining, but intends to procure more models in the distribution and manufacturing sectors in 2023.
