In two weeks, an amphibious vehicle acquired by the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) will be fully commissioned.
This was revealed by Public Utilities Minister Marvin Gonzales, who said the vehicle will join the Commission’s fleet of vehicles to increase its response capacity during extreme weather conditions
He added that T&TEC also has in its possession at least two other ‘flood response’ vehicles which have been in operation.
