Chairperson of the Upper Cemetery Street Residents Association, Myrtle Joseph, and Member of the 9th Pigeon Peas Festival Planning Committee, Dr. Albertha Joseph-Alexander, join us to highlight the Festival which celebrates the versatility of pigeon peas and culinary skills of our people.
