The Carnival Committee of the San Fernando Corporation hosted a Carnival 2023 Post Mortem Meeting on Wednesday to discuss challenges and ways to improve the product moving forward. The Mayor said many companies were willing to advertise, but did not want to pay. Another issue plaguing the Corporation is funding.
