Main Ridge Forest Fitness Challenge Set Later This Month

The Main Ridge Forest Fitness Challenge is set for March 30th 2023 though the picturesque and world –renowned Main Ridge Forest Fitness Reserve in Tobago. The second Launch (Trinidad) for this year’s event came off on Saturday 25th February, 2023, with a 1.6 mile challenge at Bamboo Hill, Chaguaramas. Roughly 62 persons participated in this challenge which was used garner interest for the upcoming challenge in Tobago. The staging of this event will commemorate the International Day of Forests, March 21st, as proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly. The 15 km walk/run/cycle challenge will begin at the Cyd Gray Stadium Carpark, Windward Road, Roxborough and proceed north, via the Roxborough-Bloody Bay Link Road, through the scenic Main Ridge Forest Reserve and end at the Bloody Bay Beach Facilities. A shorter route, 5 km, is also an option. All participants will be presented with a finisher’s medal.
